What we process

We store your account email, a hashed password, saved memories and their source metadata, and subscription identifiers and status. Your connected AI client sends the queries and content you choose to share with Memoize.

How we use it

We process these records to provide your account, retrieve your knowledge, maintain security and fulfill your subscription. Your saved content is processed by the language-model, embedding and hosting providers configured for the service. Do not submit passwords or payment card information as memory.

Payments and cookies

Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. Memoize stores billing identifiers and status; card details are collected by Paddle. We use a session cookie for authentication. This website does not load advertising analytics.

Retention and your choices

Memories are retained to provide the service until you request their deletion. Billing records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion, or for details of processing locations and providers. Disconnecting ChatGPT stops that connection but does not delete saved memories.

Third-party services

ChatGPT and Paddle operate under their own privacy policies. Information you submit to a connected AI client is also subject to that client’s policies.
